Indigenous people have been living in unhygienic environment and remote areas for centuries since ancient times. They earn their livelihood by hunting in the forest and eating raw and semi-cooked animals and birds. These people are completely different from civilized society. They are completely ignorant of education, sanitation, health and socializing. The main goal of Aso Gori Sonar Bangla organization is to achieve development by involving these people.
Aso Gori Sonar Bangla conducts activities for the development of indigenous communities:
- To make the men and women of the indigenous community aware through courtyard meetings.
- To make indigenous men and women aware of hygiene, sanitation and drinking clean water.
- Distribution of tubewells and waterlogged latrines free of cost.
- Regular motoring of distributed content is being used properly.
- Do not use pond or river water for cooking.
- Ensure proper use of waterlogged toilets.
- Raise awareness about domestic violence.
- To make the indigenous community aware of the protection of the indigenous community from social rejection and oppressive practices by the members of the community.
- Ensure equal rights for men and women.
Men are intoxicated so that they do not physically abuse their wives.
