Aso Gori Sonar Bangla has taken various development programs with the ultra-poor people. For the socio-economic development of these communities, the government has continued its efforts to bring agricultural revolution in the area by providing training on improved agricultural management, collecting improved varieties of seeds, rearing animals through fisheries and improved technology and planting trees to maintain the balance of the environment.
For the development of the poorest people and to maintain the balance of the environment, the activities that Aso Gori Sonar Bangla conducts:
- To provide training in the production of poison-free food for health protection.
- Companion crop production with advanced technology, crop diversification project.
- Fish farming projects in paddy fields and small water bodies.
- Providing training in net weaving among the farmers.
- Collecting seeds with advanced technology.
- Tree plantation program in fallow lands, roadsides and religious institutions.
- Free distribution and planting of incomparable Moringa trees and use of advanced technology to produce agricultural products at low cost.
